如何有效确保医院零星维修工程管理质量和效率,是确保医疗工作顺利开展和基础设施建设发展的一项关键工作,是医院后勤服务保障的重要组成部分。本文结合作者管理中的实践经验,对强化医院零星维修工程全过程管理中的方法进行探讨。
Management quality and efficiency of sporadic maintenance in the hospital was critical for ensuring medical work and infrastructure development, it was also an important part of hospital logistics service. This article discussed the methods of strengthening whole process management of sporadic maintenance in the hospital referring to the writer＇s experience in management practices.
