摘要
市区与城郊之间的轨道交通大都采用高架桥梁结构,其中U型梁具有造型美观、造价低廉等优点而被大量采用。为满足深圳市轨道交通6号线高架桥梁工程先张预应力混凝土U型梁张拉生产的需要,本文设计了张拉吨位高达1 800~2 500 t的先张薄壁U型梁施工工艺以及制梁台座和张拉钢横梁,采用有限单元法对制梁台座进行了偏心受压稳定屈曲分析。结果表明,设计的U型梁张拉工艺技术先进,张拉台座结构经济、合理。
The viaduct structure is widely used in urban and suburban rail transportation. Wherein,U-shaped girder structure has been widely adopted due to its beautiful appearance,lowcost and other advantages. In order to meet the needs of the pretensioning prestressed U-shaped girder tensioning production in the viaduct project of Shenzhen Metro Line 6,the construction technology of the pretensioning prestressed thin-walled U-shaped girder with large tonnage1 800 - 2 500 t and precasting bed,tensioned steel beam were designed in this paper. The finite element analysis method was used to analyze the buckling eccentric compression stability of precasting bed. The results showthat the tensional bed is economic and reasonable.
