摘要
高炉炉况出现波动后,基于炉渣高温流动性和低温稳定性的综合分析基础上,通过采取炉渣降铝、降碱度以及提升镁铝比等措施,改善了炉渣性能,促进了炉况恢复。利用文献中的数据,对碱度、镁铝比以及氧化铝含量等因素对炉渣性能的影响进行了分析,总结出了不同炉况条件下的炉渣控制原则。
When the furnace condition fluctuated, based on the comprehensive analysis of high-temperature fluidity and low- temperature stability of furnace slag, the furance slag performance is improved and the furnace condition is recovered through the decreasing of aluminum, alkalinity and increasing of magnesium aluminum ratio. The effect of alkalinity, magnesium aluminum ratio, aluminum oxide content and so on furnace slag performance is analyzed according to the data from literatures, the control principle of furnace slag under the different furnace condition is summarized.
