摘要
通过选取中国2004-2014年人口聚集与环境污染的省级面板数据,构建中国人口聚集与环境污染之间的空间计量模型,探讨人口聚集与环境污染之间的影响关系及程度。研究结果表明:空间因素对区域人口聚集与环境污染的关系有显著影响;考虑空间因素后,人口聚集对生产污染和生活污染影响的差异性更加显著;且该影响具有十分明显的地区差异性;库兹涅茨曲线假说在工业污染和生活污染的大多数指标中都得以验证。实现中国人口聚集与生态环境的协调发展,要树立发展的全局观、合理制定人口及环境治理政策。
Based on the provincial panel data of census and environmental pollution in China from 2004 to2014,this paper constructs a spatial econometric model to discusses the relationship and between population aggregation and environmental pollution. The results show that the spatial correlations indicate a significant effect on the relationship between population aggregation and environmental pollution in China. Considering the spatial factors,the impact variances of population aggregation on production pollution and living pollution are more significant. The impact of population aggregation on production and living pollution indicate diversities in regions. The hypothesis of Kuznets curve is to be verified. To achieve the coordinated development of population and ecological environment in China,it is suggested establishing a "global view"of development and rationalize the formulation of population and environmental governance policies.
