摘要
在汽车配件企业的线束生产过程中,采用人工机械操作和人工质量检测的生产模式,多人多岗,工序分散,产能较低,需要对旧生产线进行自动化改造。结合旧生产线的特点,研究生产线的工序流程、机械结构和检测原理,改造出基于PLC控制器线束托盘自动化搬送生产线,实现自动化生产,在同类汽车配件批量生产中具有推广和应用价值。
In the production process of wiring harness, automobile parts enterprises usually use production mode like artificial mechanical operation and quality inspection with dispersive procedures, which leads to low capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to make automation renovation for old production line. Combined with the characteristics of the old production line, the process flow, the mechanical structure and detection principle are studied, and the automation moving line of production based on the PLC wiring harness tray is reengineered in this paper. It could effectively integrate processing and realize automation produc- tion, thus it deserves popularization and application value in the same kind of auto parts production.
