摘要
本文以香石竹栽培基质为供试材料,以基质不加水和不消毒作对照,使用型号为GJ-W5000-10M的微波加蒸汽基质消毒机,研究不同基质含水量和消毒机传送带速度对香石竹栽培基质的消毒效果,从而筛选出最佳的消毒处理,为建立无土栽培基质的消毒技术规程服务。结果表明,在本试验条件下,传送带速度为2 Hz、消毒时间20 min、基质含水量为60%时,基质的菌落总数最少(1.3×103 cfu/mL),基质消毒灭菌最彻底,基质栽培的香石竹生长情况最好。
Experiments of different substrate moisture and conveyor speed of sterilizing machine was conducted on disinfection effect.Used substrate of Dianthus caryophyllus L. as tested materials,and the substrate that was not added water and not sterilized as control, machine model of GJ- W5000-10M of microwave and steam disinfection were chosen to search the best conditions of substrate disinfection ,in order to establish technical regulations of substrate disinfection on carnation soilless cultivation.The results showed that 2 Hz of machine conveyor speed, 20 min of disinfection time and 60% of substrate moisture was the best treatment.The total counts of bacterial colony was the least (1.3×10^3 cfu/mL), and the growth of carnat- ion by soilless cultivation was the best in the disinfection substrate.
