摘要
目的 :总结 2 2例下颌前突患者的术后效果。方法 :对下颌前突术后患者从心理方面、审美方面、机能方面做 30项问卷记叙性调查。结果 :下颌前突患者的术后满意率 90 .9%。正颌外科手术不仅矫正患者颌面部畸形的容貌和不正常的咬合功能 ,而且从更深层次上讲是对其精神面貌、心理状态产生较为积极、深远的影响 ,其重要意义远大于手术本身。结论 :手术设计首要问题是咬合功能的改善 ;术前应配合心理学治疗 ;手术前后正畸治疗及术后张口训练。
Objective:To summary the surgical effect of the 22 patients with mandibular protrusion.Mathods:We investigated the patients with mandibualr protrusion on the aspects of psychology, esthetics and function with 30 items.Results:90.9% patients with mandibular protrusion are satisfied after the operation.The orthognatic surgery not only correctted the facial malformation and abnormal occlusion, but also has active, far-reaching significance on the patients' spirit and mental status.The significance on the spirit and mental status is far more superior than the operation iteself.Conclusions:The most important aspect of the design of the operation is the improvement of the occlusion. Psychological treatment should be applied before the operation. The orthodontic treatment pre- and post-operation and the voice and opening mouth training are all quite important to guarantee the surgical effect.
