摘要
研究了草酸加入对TiO_2-1wt%V_2O_5复合粉体相变的影响,利用TG-DTA和XRD对凝胶的相变过程进行了研究,分析了产物的晶体结构、晶粒尺寸和金红石的相对含量。结果表明,少量的草酸可以促进锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,草酸加入量对金红石相的生成影响为:促进→抑制,当加入0.1moL/L的草酸1mL时,金红石晶粒尺寸最小为65.41nm。
The effect of C_2H_2O_4 addition on the phase transformation of TiO_2-1wt%V_2O_5powder composite,including the crystallization temperature,grain size and relative content of rutile was investigated by the TG-DTA,XRD technique.The results showed that the effect of C_2H_2O_4-doping on the phase transformation of TiO_2-1wt%V_2O_5 were complex,it presented the trend of improved→depressed.When the content of 0.1moL/L-C_2H_2O_4 was greater than 1mL,the grain size of anatase less than 65.41 nm.
