摘要 开发符合消费者需求的电动滑板车,为用户提供舒适良好的驾驶体验。简要论述并基于i NPD方法的四个阶段,从SET因素识别产品机会缺口,通过用户调研了解用户期望,将有效的产品价值机会转化成产品概念,构造电动滑板车产品开发。通过定性研究将识别出的产品机会缺口进行理解和分析,得出消费者对电动滑板车的核心需求是轻型便携。而轻型便携需要综合产品形态、材料和折叠方式来考虑,分析并进行优化完成了基于i NPD的电动滑板车开发设计。i NPD方法能够有效地寻找产品机会,为电动滑板车的设计提供指导。 Objective: Developing an electric scooter to meet the demand of consumers, then providing users with comfortable good driving experience. Method: Based on the four stages of iNPD method, from the SET factors to identify product opportunity gap, it briefly discussed and understood user expectations through the user research, transform product value opportunities into the product concept, effectively constructs the electric scooter product development. Result: Understanding and analyzing the product opportunity gap through the qualitative research, and concluding that the consumer demand for the core of electric scooter is lightweight portable, The lightweight portable needs to be integrated product form and folding way to consider, analyzes and optimizes the complete development design of electric scooter based on iNPD. Conclusion: The iNPD method can effectively find product opportunities and provide guidance for the design of electric scooters.
