磷酸铵镁合成法在油脂废水处理中的应用探讨

摘要 针对食用油行业废水高含磷、含油、含皂等情况,在废水中添加铵盐和镁盐作为破乳剂,生成磷酸铵镁(俗称鸟粪石)结晶沉淀,回收后的鸟粪石是一种良好的缓释肥料,具有良好的经济效益。经实践检验证明,该工艺有助于改进食用油脂行业污水除磷处理工艺,处理后出水COD,NH3-N,SS,P达到国家一级B排放标准。 Aimed at the wastewater with high phosphorus,oiliness,soap of the edible oil industry,the ammonium salt and magnesium salt were added in the waste water as the demulsifier,the magnesium ammonium phosphate(commonly known as struvite)crystallization precipitation was generated,the recycled struvite was a good slow-release fertilizer,having good economic efficiency.The practice proves that this technology is contributed to improve the wastewater phosphorus removal process of edible oils and fats industry,the treated water COD,NH3-N,SS,P meet with B national level discharge standards.
