摘要
本文考察了小微企业融资需求及其融资可获得性的影响因素。结果表明:目前小微企业普遍有着强烈的融资需求,但难以获得所需的发展资金。企业主基本特征对小微企业融资需求及融资可获得性有重要影响;技术密集型、期望融资比率越大、信用状况越差的小微企业,其融资可获得性越低;不同地区的小微企业,其融资可获得性是不同的。为了破解目前小微企业融资约束困境,提高小微企业融资可获得性,本文提出小微企业制定适度的期望融资规模,企业主不断提升文化程度和综合素质,各金融机构为小微企业提供合适的融资服务等对策建议。
This paper uses the Logit model and the Tobit model to study the influencing factors of financing demand and financing availability of small and micro enterprises. The results show that the current small and micro enterprises generally have a strong financing demand,while it is difficult to obtain the necessary capital for development. For the basic characteristics of business owners of small and micro enterprises have an important influence on financing demand and financing availability. For the financing availability of technology-intensive,the bigger the expectations financing ratio,the worse the credit status of small and micro enterprises is. The financing availability of small and micro enterprises in different regions is not the same. In order to break the current financing constraints plight of small and micro enterprises and improve the financing availability,enterprises should make the moderate financing expectations scale,business owners should enhance educational level and comprehensive quality,and all financial institutions should provide appropriate financing services for small and micro enterprises.
