摘要
目的研究与分析育儿自我效能感及情绪状态对初产妇产后睡眠质量及母乳喂养依从性的影响。方法选取2015年4月-10月该院的500例初产妇为观察组,同时期的500例经产妇为对照组,然后将两组进行产后睡眠质量及母乳喂养依从性进行评估及比较,同时比较观察组中不同育儿自我效能感及情绪状态产妇产后的睡眠质量及母乳喂养依从性。结果观察组的产后睡眠质量及母乳喂养依从性均差于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=31.403、26.907,均P<0.05),且观察组中育儿自我效能感较低及情绪状态较差者的产后睡眠质量及母乳喂养依从性均差于育儿自我效能感较高及情绪状态较好者,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=104.629、38.760;29.197、56.394;12.657、27.392,均P<0.05)。结论初产妇产后睡眠质量及母乳喂养依从性相对较差,且育儿自我效能感及情绪状态对其影响均较大,因此应重视对初产妇进行育儿自我效能感及情绪状态方面的调节与干预。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of parenting self-efficacy and emotional state on postpartum sleep quality and breastfeeding compliance of primiparous women. Methods Five hundred primiparous women were selected from the hopsital from April to October in 2015 as observation group,500 multiparous women were selected from the hopsital during the same period as control group. Postpartum sleep quality and breastfeeding compliance of women in the two groups were evaluated and compared. In observation group,postpartum sleep quality and breastfeeding compliance of primiparous women with different parenting self-efficacy and emotional states were also compared. Results Postpartum sleep quality and breastfeeding compliance of women in observation group were statistically significantly worse than those in control group（ χ^2= 31. 403,26. 907,all P〈0. 05）. In observation group,postpartum sleep quality and breastfeeding compliance of primiparous women with low parenting self-efficacy and poor emotional state were statistically significantly worse than those of primiparous women with high parenting self-efficacy and good emotional state（ χ^2= 104. 629, 38. 760; 29. 197, 56. 394; 12. 657,27. 392,all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Postpartum sleep quality and breastfeeding compliance of primiparous women are relatively poor,and the effects of parenting self-efficacy and emotional state are great. More attention should be paid to adjustment and intervention of parenting self-efficacy and emotional state among primiparous women.
