摘要
目的探讨集束化护理策略对重症监护室患者睡眠障碍的影响。方法选取2014年11月至2015年9月期间收入ICU的59例患者为对照组,实施常规护理;2015年10月至2016年8月期间收入ICU的56例患者为干预组,实施集束化护理。采用由李建明等编制的睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评价两组患者的睡眠状况,并进行比较。结果对照组总得分为(29.37±4.71)分,高于干预组的(24.90±3.88)分,说明干预组睡眠质量得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理措施可以促进患者睡眠状况的改善,主动预防睡眠障碍的产生,提升治疗效果,形成良性循环。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing strategy on sleep disorders patients in intensive care unit.Methods Fifty-nine patients in ICU during January 2014 and September 2015 were selected as the control group,and they were given conventional care. From October 2015 to August 2016,56 patients admitted in ICU were treated as intervention group,and they received cluster nursing. Self-Rating Scale of Sleep（ SRSS） was used to evaluate the sleep status of the two groups.Results The total score of the control group（ 29.37±4.71） was higher than that（ 24.90±3.88） of the intervention group,P〈0. 05,it indicated that the quality of sleep was significantly improved in the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The use of cluster care measures can really promote the improvement of sleep conditions in patients,help patients actively prevent sleep disorders,improve the treatment effect,and form a virtuous circle.
