摘要
目的:建立复B_阿托品溶液的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分别对处方中维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6、烟酰胺及硫酸阿托品进行定量分析。结果:维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6、烟酰胺及硫酸阿托品分别在其最大吸收波长下达到基线分离,线性范围较宽且线性关系良好。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于复B_阿托品溶液的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for content determination of vitamin B complex atropine solution. Methods： The major components named vitamin B1, vitamin B2 , vitamin B6, nicotinamide and atropine sulfate in vitamin B complex atropine solution were determined by high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ）. Results： The results showed that the major components were well separated and the linear relationships were good within wide ranges by HPLC. Conclusion： The method is convenient, accurate and could be readily utilized as a quality control method for the vitamin B complex atropine solution.
