摘要
在无表面活性剂条件下制备四氧化三铁颗粒采用两种沉淀剂设计制备四氧化三铁颗粒的正交试验方案得出:1)用氢氧化钠为沉淀剂时才能制备出产量最好的四氧化三铁颗粒;2)选用浓氨水为沉淀剂时制备出的四氧化三铁颗粒含量更高;3)选用氢氧化钠为沉淀剂时Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+)摩尔比为4∶4,反应时间为2.5 h,反应温度为50℃时制备出的四氧化三铁颗粒的产量最大;4)选用浓氨水为沉淀剂时Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+)摩尔比为4∶4,反应时间为2.5 h,反应温度为50℃时制备出的四氧化三铁颗粒的含量最大.
In surfactant free condition, the preparation of Fe3O4 particles obtained by the orthogonal test scheme of two kinds of precipitation agent preparation content more high yield higher Fe3O4 particles: 1) Determine the precipitating agent of choice is decided to product the ultimate impact factors, and the two kinds of preparation process of comparison is determined by sodium hydroxide as precipitant to preparation produced best quantity of F3O4 particles;2)If with concentrated ammonia water as precipitant by UV points spectrophotometry measuring the purity, it is known that use ammonia as precipitant is prepared Fe3O4 par- ticles content higher;3)Sodium hydroxide as precipitant of Fe3+/ Fe2+ ratio is 4:4, reaction time was 2.5 h reaction temperature for 50 DEG C prepared Fe3O4 particles, the largest output;4)The content of ammonia water as precipitant of Fe3 +/ Fe2 + ratio is 4 : 4, and reaction time was 2.5 h. Reaction temperature to 50 DEG C prepared Fe3O4 particles.
