摘要
采用泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术对MTBE装置开展了全面检测和统计分析,发现泄漏密封点并通过维修减少挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放。结果表明:MTBE装置密封点泄漏率为2.25%,修复成功率为51.22%;修复后VOCs排放量为5.8717t/a,减排率为33.51%。MTBE装置容易泄漏的密封点类型为法兰、阀门和开口管线。通过实施LDAR技术,为企业减少了VOCs排放,减少油品损失,同时改善了周边环境质量。
In order to study and decrease the leakage of MTBE Plant, the date of leakage detection LDAR are statisticed and analyzed to find the leakage and reduce the volatile organic compounds (VOCs)emission by repair. The results indicated that the leakage rate of MTBE Plant is 2.25%, and the successful repair rate is 51.22%; After repaired of leak positions, the VOCs emission is 5.8717 t/a, and the emission reduction rate is 33.51%.
