摘要
目的探讨头孢曲松钠和痰热清注射液在急性肺炎临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2016年2月—2017年2月收治的102例急性肺炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组。对照组给予头孢曲松钠,联合组接受头孢曲松钠和痰热清注射液。比较分析两组患者的临床症状与体征的改善情况以及治疗效果。结果联合组患者的咳嗽咳痰、发热与啰音消失时间均少于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率为86.3%,高于对照组的68.6%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松钠和痰热清注射液联合治疗急性肺炎,可有效改善临床症状与体征,提升治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium on acute pneumonia. MethodsA total of 102 patients with acute pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given ceftriaxone sodium, the combined group was given ceftriaxone sodium and Tanreqing injection. The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and the efficacy in two groups were compared. Results The duration of cough, sputum, fever and rales were significantly lower in the combined group than in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate was 86.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（68.6%, P〈0.05）. ConclusionCeftriaxone sodium combined with Tanreqing injection in acute pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, enhance the treatment effect.
