摘要
潜水教学中把控学生潜水教学安全是教学实施的重要方面,通过运用《简明心境状态量表》对本科潜水学生作心境状态测评,研究发现潜水学生在简明POMS量表中消极情绪状态总评价(TMD)的119分是有效评估学生潜水学生技能安全的分界线,TMD得分越高,学生的情绪越不稳定,潜水教学安全风险越大;并提出了改善潜水不良心理情绪的对策.
