摘要
通过对宏顺山坡石灰石露天矿现场存在问题的调查和分析,对非均质矿体的爆破方法进行了应用技术研究,研究认为,根据不同山体高度和倾斜坡度,采用穿凿垂直深孔和倾斜浅孔,自上而下逐孔毫秒微差分层或同时起爆技术,使每个台阶起爆单元逐孔间隔25~50 ms分段起爆。这些研究成果对于解决山坡石灰石露天矿非均质岩体爆破技术问题有借鉴作用。
Through the investigation and analysis of the macro slope of open pit limestone mine site problems,research,application technology of blasting method for heterogeneous orebody research thinks, according to different altitude and slope gradient, vertical drilling hole and inclined shallow hole, using top-down hole millisecond blasting technology of layered or at the same time,each step of initiating unit by hole spacing of 25~50 ms segment initiation. These research results to solve the slope of open pit limestone mine blasting technology problem of non homogeneous rock mass is used as reference.
