摘要
传统的镁合金熔化焊易造成晶粒粗大、热裂纹和气孔等缺陷问题。搅拌摩擦焊是解决这些缺陷的有效途径。本文介绍了镁合金搅拌摩擦焊的研究现状,包括焊缝的成形特点、组织特征、力学性能以及接头材料的塑性流动情况。提出了镁合金搅拌摩擦焊的研究方向。
The traditional fusion welding of magnesium alloy is easy to cause coarse grain, hot crack, porosity and other defects. Frcfion stir welding (FSW) is an effective approach to solve these defects. The research status of fiiction stir welding of magnesium alloy was introduced, including the forming characteristics, microstructure, mechanical properties and plastic flow of the joint material. The research direction of friction stir welding of magnesium alloy was proposed.
