摘要
针对慢走丝线切割(Wire-Cut Electrical Discharge Machining,WEDM)机床中常采用的两种电极丝材料类型:黄铜丝与镀锌铜丝,分别从工件的材料去除率(Materical Remove Rate,MRR)、表面粗糙度及加工后的表面形貌等方面,对比分析了黄铜丝与镀锌铜丝的加工性能。实验结果表明,在以钛合金材料为工件的切割加工中,使用镀锌铜丝加工的工件相比用黄铜丝加工的工件能获得更大的材料去除率、更小的表面粗糙度及更好的加工表面形貌。
Discusses the machining performance of different electrode materials, namely brass wire and zinc-coated wire, in Wire- Cut Electrical Discharge Machining(WEDM). The Material Remove Rate, surface roughness and surface topography had been se- lected as the performance indicators. The results showed that, compared to the brass wire, the zinc-coated wire could obtain the higher material remove rate, smaller surface roughness and better surface topography when machining the TisA14V steel.
