摘要 为探讨不同坡口角度对GH536镍基高温合金焊接接头组织及性能的影响,研究了其焊缝中心及热影响区组织、硬度及疲劳裂纹扩展速率。结果表明:随着坡口角度的减小,焊缝尺寸变大,热影响区范围扩大,焊缝中心的组织发生改变,硬度逐渐提高;相同应力强度因子幅条件下,GH536高温合金大角度坡口焊接接头具有较高的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,但小角度坡口的焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展速率增加相对较快;在设计GH536镍基高温合金焊接坡口时,要综合考虑焊缝开裂的难易程度及疲劳裂纹扩展速率。 In order to study the effect of different groove angles on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint in GH536 Ni-based superalloy,the microstructure,hardness and fatigue crack growth rate of the weld center and heat affected zone were studied. The results show that with the decrease of the groove angle,the weld size becomes larger,the range of the heat affected zone is enlarged,the microstructure of the weld center changes,and the hardness increases. Under the conditions of the same stress intensity factors,the fatigue crack propagation rate of the welded joint of GH536 superalloy with large groove angle is larger,while the fatigue crack growth rate of welded joint with a small groove angle increases faster. In the design of GH536 Ni-based superalloy welding groove,it is necessary to take into account the inclination of weld cracking and fatigue crack growth rate.
