摘要
目的:对单侧上颌第二磨牙缺失的活动义齿卡环设计进行改良,评价改良后卡环对活动义齿的固位与稳定、美观及舒适程度的临床效果。方法:收集40例单侧上颌第二磨牙缺失的患者,随机分为两组。对照组:20例,使用传统卡环设计;实验组:20例,将传统卡环进行改良。对所有患者使用义齿后对其固位与稳定、美观、舒适等满意度进行调查。结果:实验组在固位与稳定方面患者满意度95%,对照组70%,实验组优于对照组;美观方面实验组60%,对照组65%,对照组优于实验组;舒适程度上两组满意度相同,均75%。结论:改良卡环后活动义齿固位及稳定较传统卡环好,美观效果较传统卡环差。
Objective The lack of unilateral maxillary second molar, the activities of the denture card ring design improvement evaluation modified snap of clinical effect. Methods Collection of 40 patients with unilateral maxillary second molar missing, 20 cases were using traditional card ring design,the experimental group 20 cases will be improved traditional card ring,of 40 patients after using for denture retention and stability, artistic,comfortable satisfaction survey. Results The patients satisfaction in terms of retention and stability of 95% and 70% in control group, experimental group retention and stability is better than that of control group; Artistic aspects of experimental group 60%, 65% in control group, control group is better than that of the experimental group. The control group and experimental group 75% same comfort degree. Conclusion Modified denture retention ring after the activity and stability is better than traditional card.Artistic effect than traditional snap ring.ring on the retention and stability of denture,artistic and comfortable degree
