摘要
基于事件感知的传染病协同报告模式,通过智能插件的形式,打通公共卫生业务与医院医生工作站的实时数据交易通道,通过对医生工作站中关键节点数据的监控,实现对临床业务活动中特定事件的智能感知,促进原本以医生自主报告、抽查防漏报模式转变形成基于智能感知和任务驱动的疾病监测模式。上海市疾病预防控制中心基于"上海健康信息网"工程,在不改变传染病直报本质的前提下,在多家医疗机构复杂、异构的应用环境中进行试点部署应用,取得了很好的效果。该试点为全国推进区域型、智能化的公共卫生管理模式提供了一种可借鉴的范本。
Based on the event detection of Infectious Diseases cooperative reporting model, this paper expects to access to a real-time data transaction channel with public health services and hospital doctor work station through the form of intelligent plug-ins, and realize the intelligence of the specific events in clinical business activities through monitoring the key node data in medical work station, to achieve intelligent perception of specific events in clinical activities, to promote the original model of self-reporting, spot checks and leak proof to a disease monitoring model based on intelligent perception and task driven. Based on the "Shanghai health information network project", Shanghai City Center for Disease Controland Prevention deployed pilot applications without changing the nature of direct reporting of infectious diseases, under the complicated application environment, the number of medical institutions, and achieved good results. The pilot provides a model for reference for the country to promote regional and intelligent public health management model.
