摘要
通过梳理相关文献,介绍全面质量管理(TQM)的概念、产生的背景,理论基础、方法和框架,以及TQM导入到医疗机构中的基本理论与方法,重点介绍美国和日本在医疗机构应用TQM的目的与实践,以及TQM在我国医疗机构中的应用现状与问题等。实施TQM可以使医院管理工作达到法制化、标准化,提高医疗经营管理的质量与效率。发达国家将TQM的理论、技术与方法引入医疗机构的经验,为中国现代医院管理建设提供了很好的借鉴,有必要进行深入研究。
By the way of literature arrangement, this paper introduces the principle, background of forming, theoretical basis, research method and framework of Total Quality Management（TQM）, as well as the basic theory and working principles during application in medical institutions. It is emphasized for giving the purpose and practice when the US and Japan apply TQM theory in institution of medicine, meanwhile, providing a current application status of TQM in medical establishments of our country.
