吡蚜酮在棉叶和土壤中消解动态分析及棉子中残留量膳食摄入评估 被引量:7

Dissipation Dynamics of Pymetrozine in Cotton Plants and Soil Under Field Conditions and Risk Assessment for Dietary Intake

摘要 [目的]评价吡蚜酮在棉叶、土壤上的消解趋势,土壤及棉子上残留水平。[方法]通过建立的乙腈提取,氯化钠盐析、乙腈定容的前处理方法和高效液相色谱光电二极管阵列检测器检测的仪器方法,研究了棉叶和土壤中吡蚜酮的消解动态,并对棉子中的最终残留量进行了膳食摄入风险评估。[结果]吡蚜酮在棉子、棉叶和土壤空白样品添加的平均回收率在75%~95%之间,相对标准偏差在1.5%~8.9%之间,土壤中的最低检测质量分数为0.01 mg/kg,棉叶和棉子中的最低检测质量分数均为0.05 mg/kg。棉叶中吡蚜酮的残留消解半衰期在1.5~2.2 d之间,土壤中残留消解半衰期为1.1~1.8 d。按试验方式进行施药及采样后,棉子中吡蚜酮的最终残留量低于0.05 mg/kg,土壤中的残留量低于0.032 mg/kg。[结论]吡蚜酮的普通人群国家估计每日摄入量为0.065 mg,占日允许摄入量的3.45%左右,认为对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。 [Aims] The purpose was to evaluation the dissipation dynamics ofpymetrozine in cotton leaves and soil, final residue of pymetrozine in cotton seeds and soil. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with sodium chloride and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography using photo-diode array (UPLC-PDA). In addition, the dissipation dynamics ofpymetrozine in cotton leaves and soil, and the risk assessment for dietary intake of cotton seeds were studied. [Results] When the fortification levels were 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 and 1 mg/kg in cotton leaves and soil and 0.1, 0.5 and 1 mg/kg in cotton seeds, the recoveries ranged from 75 to 95%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.5 - 8.9%. The limits of quantification (LOQ) for soil, cotton leaves and cotton seeds were 0.01, 0.05 and 0.05 mg/kg, respectively. The dissipation half-lives ofpymetrozine in cotton leaves and soil were 1.5-2.2 d and 1.1-1.8 d, respectively. The final residues in cotton seeds and soil at harvest were lower than 0.05 and 0.032 mg/kg, respectively. [Conclusions] The international estimated daily intake (IEDI) ofpymetrozine was 0.065 mg, and the ratio of IEDI to ADI was 3.45%, therefore, the potential health risk induced by pymetrozine was not significant based on supervised residue trial data.
