固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析玉米、土壤中吡唑醚菌酯的消解动态及最终残留量 被引量:2

Digestion Dynamics and Final Residue Analysis of Pyraclostrobin in Maize and Soil by SPE-HPLC

摘要 [目的]系统地研究吡唑醚菌酯农药在玉米及土壤中的残留量,促进安全生产。[方法]建立吡唑醚菌酯在玉米、植株和土壤中残留的固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析方法,研究宁夏及黑龙江两地玉米、土壤中吡唑醚菌酯残留状况和消解动态规律。开展不同填料的固相萃取小柱净化效果的试验,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测。[结果]以弗罗里硅固相萃取柱净化样品的效果最好,在质量分数0.02~0.5 mg/kg的添加水平下,玉米、植株和土壤中吡唑醚菌酯的回收率为92%~108%,变异系数为3.2%~9.4%。消解动态试验表明:吡唑醚菌酯在宁夏、黑龙江两地土壤中的半衰期为24.8、10.2 d。[结论]采用种子包衣的施药方式,消解动态试验的植株及最终残留试验的玉米、植株、土壤中均未检出吡唑醚菌酯,该施药方式安全。 [Aims] In order to systematically study pyraclostrobin residues in maize and soil, and to promote the safety production. [Methods] The method for determination of pyraclostrobin in maize, plant and soil by high performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction was established. The purification effects of samples on a few kinds of columns were investigated, the residue and digestion dynamics of pyraclostrobin in maize and soil in Ningxia and Heilongjiang were studied. [Results] Under the optimized condition with the Florisil-SPE column, the recoveries of pyraelostrobin in maize, plant and soil were 92-108% and the coefficient of variation was 3.2-9.4% at the addition levels of 0.02-0.5 mg/kg, the half-lives of pyraclostrobin in soil in Ningxia and Heilongjiang were 24.8 and 10.2 d, respectively. [Conclusions] By seed coating applicator way, pyraclostrobin in the maize plant was not detected, the final residues of pyracl0strobin in maize, plant, soil were not detected. The mode of application is safe.
