摘要
[目的/意义]专利生命周期在很大程度上反映了技术生命的发展趋势,通过反映专利生命周期的参数判断技术创新的发展阶段,可以为更好的判断技术发展趋势提供指导和帮助,同时结合具体专利技术更新以及专利分析可以探寻核心专利。[方法/过程]基于对专利生命周期的分析,研究技术创新信息。从选定技术领域出发,分析平均专利生命周期、专利无效系数,并结合对专利申请量的时间序列以及专利被引用数的分析,建立基于专利生命周期的技术创新评价体系。[结果/结论]获取本领域技术的生命周期、新旧技术的更替信息以及主要专利技术,从宏观、介观和微观三个角度对技术的发展趋势进行判断并寻找本领域的核心专利。
[ Purpose/Significance ] The patent life cycle reflects the development trend of technology life to a large extent. It can provide guidance and help for better evaluating the development trend of technology by judging the development stage of technological innovation through analyzing the parameters of patent life cycle. Combining with patent technology updating and analysis, the core patents can be ex- plored. [ Method/Process] The technology innovation information was researched based on the patent life cycle. This work was started from a selected field of technology, and constructed an evaluation system for technological innovation by analyzing patent life cycle and the patent invalid factor, combined with the time series for the amount of patent applications and the analysis of patent citations, [ Result/Con. clusion ] We obtained the technology life cycle in the field, replacement information of old and new technologies and the main patent tech- nology. From the macroscopic, mesoscopic and microscopic perspectives, the development trends of technologies can be judged to get the core patents in the field.
