摘要
当前,国家级新区的大量获批和快速发展,不约而同地在建设中面临着如何引导和促进新区健康发展的难题,在规划理念上缺乏对民计民生和品质塑造的关注。本文基于生态宜居引导和公共基础设施先行的规划理念,以南京江北新区为例,分析了现状发展存在的问题,在以生态宜居和公共设施先行为导向的基础上,结合江北新区规划建设情况深入探讨了适合国家级新区的规划建设模式。
At present, a large number of approved and rapid development of National New District, is facing the problem of how to guide and promote the healthy development of the New District. Lack of planning concept of people＇s livelihood and the quality of concern. In this paper, based on the concept of ecological livable guidance and public infrastructure, NanjingJiangbei District is taken as an example to analyze the existing problems. On the basis of ecological livable and public facilities, combined with the planning and construction of Jiangbei new district, this paper probes into the planning and construction mode suitable for the national new district.
