摘要
针对现行电能计量装置运行监测现状中存在的不足,提出了一种基于层次分析法电能计量装置运行评价方法。从各方面选取能够反应电能计量装置运行状态的指标,采用1~9标度法制定相应的权重系数,结合层次分析法进行模糊量化运算,构成状态评价体系;根据状态评价结果,得到电能计量装置运行状态模糊性评价结论。由案例分析可知,该方法能对目标用户进行异常识别并得出概率性异常系数。
With the shortcomings of operation status monitoring existing in the current ener.gy metering devices, a new evaluation operation method of energy metering device based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed in this paper. The method selects the index which is capable of reacting the operation status from aspects of metering devices and uses 1-9 scale method to develop appropriate weighting factor, then proceeds fuzzy quantization operation combined with AHP to constitute status evaluation system. Finally, according to the status of the evaluation results, the status of fuzziness of evaluation findings of metering devices is obtained. By the case study, it shows that this method can identify the target user abnormal condition and returns the probability of abnormal factors.
