摘要
目的考察室温条件下阿洛西林溶解方法及其稳定性。方法根据药品说明书模拟临床配制方法,观察溶液p H、澄清度的变化并对沉淀物进行分析。结果及结论阿洛西林在5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液中溶解稳定性保持在4h以上,在5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中稳定性稍差,逐渐出现浑浊,浑浊物仍然为阿洛西林;在100m L三种溶媒中均可溶解10g阿洛西林,足以保证临床使用。
OBJECTIVE To study the dissolution method and stability of Azlocillin Sodium for iniection under normal atmosphere temperature. METHODS According to the clinical preparation method, the change of the solu- tion pH and the clarity of the solution was observed and the sediment was analyzed. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Azlocillin solution stability is maintained at more than 4h in 5% Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection ,5% Glucose Injection and 10% Glucose Injection,but stability is a little difference in the 5% Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection, the gradual emergence of turbidity, the turbidity is still azlocillin. In the 100mL of three kinds of solvent can be dissolved in 10g of azlocillin, to ensure clinical use.
