摘要
对压力变送器误差补偿原理进行深入研究,采用BP神经网络算法对由温度变化造成的压力传感器输出结果的误差进行补偿。首先分析压力变送器测量影响因素,建立神经网络补偿模型,其次通过部分实验样本数据进行训练得到具体神经网络结构,并通过剩余实验样本数据验证神经网络的有效性。实验结果表明,该方法有效的抑制了温度对压力传感器输出的影响,提高了传感器测量结果的稳定性和准确性,可以在变送器设计、生产中采用该方法进行温度补偿。
