摘要
推动技能大赛全员化是为解决技能大赛"精英比赛"问题,面向全体职业学校学生,促进技能大赛更加公平公正,推动技能大赛回归教学本真。在工作中,要把市县比赛作为重要环节,把学校比赛作为基础和关键,实行抽取参赛选手的办法,推动技能大赛全员化,实现让每一个学生都有一个技能成绩,解决"技能考试"的问题,为现代职业教育体系建设服务。
Pushing all staff to participate in Skill Competition is to solve the problem of ＂elite skills contest＂,push competition for all vocational school students,promote the skills competition to be more fair,and promote the skills competition to return to the essence of teaching.At work,it is necessary to take the city and county competition as an important link,and regard school competition as the basis and key,adapt to the contestants extracting method,promote all staff to participate in competition to enable every student have a skill grade,so as to solve the problem of ＂skill exame＂ and serve the building of modern vocational education system.
