摘要
目的探讨微型锚钉治疗腱性锤状指的临床疗效。方法自2011年2月至2014年10月,我们对8例闭合性腱性锤状指患者采用微型锚钉重建伸肌止点的方法进行手术治疗,术后辅以6至8周的铝片支具固定。结果术后所有患者均获得随访,时间为6-18个月,平均12个月,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,未出现锚钉松动、脱出、断裂、固定失效等并发症。根据Dargan功能评分标准对锤状指疗效进行评定:优3例,良4例,可1例。结论采用微型锚钉重建伸肌止点治疗腱眭锤状指效果良好,手术操作容易,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of Mitek mini anchors for treatment of tendinous mallet finger. Methods From February 2011 to October 2014, eight patients with closed injuries of tendinous mallet finger were treated using Mitek mini anchors to reconstruct the terminal extensor tendon insertions. The injured fingers were externally fixed by aluminum brace for 6 to 8 weeks after surgery. Results Postoperatively all eight patients were follow-up for 6 to 18 months, with an average of 12 months. All cases achieved primary healing without complications including anchor loosening, extrusion, break and fixation failure. According to Dargan scales, the results were excellent in 3 cases, good in 4 cases and fair in 1 case. Conclusion Application of Mitek mini anchors for treatment of tendinous mallet finger is a simple and effective method to reconstruct the terminal extensor tendon insertions, which is worth to be spread.
