摘要
随着现代化经济发展与人口结构变化趋势,群众对康复的需求日益增加,但康复人才量与需求量直接缺口巨大。通过建设符合康复治疗学专业本科教学需要的实训平台,能够为广大康复治疗专业学生提供了一个理想、直观的康复治疗学习平台,进一步推动康复医学教育信息化和网络化打好基础,促进康复治疗学专业教育的发展,本文探讨网络的线上教育与现场的操作考核有机结合,提高学员临床思辨、循证操作、实际解决问题的能力,为快速培养实用的康复复合型人才提供参考意见与建议。
With the development of modern economy and the changing trend of population structure, the demand for rehabilitation is increasing, but there is a huge gap between the quantity and demand of rehabilitation talents. Through the construction of undergraduate teaching meet the rehabilitation needs of training platform, provides an ideal rehabilitation treatment, intuitive learning platform for the majority of students to further promote the rehabilitation, rehabilitation medicine education information and network to lay a good foundation, to promote the development of rehabilitation education, online education and study field network operation assessment of organic combination, improve the ability of thinking, evidence-based operation, to solve the actual problems of clinical students, provide reference comments and suggestions for the rapid rehabilitation training of practical talents.
