摘要
目的研究膝关节单髁置换治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的临床效果。方法将26例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为两组:对照组行全膝关节置换术,观察组行单髁置换术,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组膝关节屈曲90°所需时间、住院时间短于对照组,关节负压引流量、HSS评分低于对照组,关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节单髁置换术是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的优选手术方案之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knee arthroplasty in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 26 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups： The control group received total knee replacement, and the observation group received single condylar replacement, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The knee flexion 90°time and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, negative pressure, volume and HSS scores of the joint were lower than those of the control group, and the range of motion of the joint was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Single knee arthroplasty is one of the optimal surgical procedures for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
