摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗血瘀型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年2月—2014年5月收治的389例心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组200例和对照组189例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上静脉滴注丹红注射液。观察两组患者的临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油使用量,比较两组患者治疗前后血脂水平、中医证候积分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为81.48%,观察组有效率为94.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油片使用量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血脂水平优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗血瘀型心绞痛疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状及实验室指标。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Danhong Injection on angina pectoris of blood stasis pattern. Methods：Totally 389 patients with angina pectoris tt＇eated between February 2011 and May 2014 were randomized into observation group （200 cases） anti control group （ 189 cases）. Control group were given conventional treatment while observation group were added with intravenous dripping of Danhong Solution. The clinical effects,occurrence times of angina pectoris and usage amount of nitroglycerin in both groups were observed. The levels of blood lipid, changes of TCM symptom scores in both groups were compared before anti after treatment. Resuhs ： The effective rate was 8 I. 48% in control group and 94.00% in observation group ; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The occurrence times of angina pectoris and usage amount uf rtitroglycerin in observation group were less than those in control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of blood lipid in both groups became bettcr after treatment, and observation group were superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The TCM symptom scores in both groups declined after treatment, and observation group were lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Danhong Solution has definite therapeutic effects on angina pectoris of blood stasis pattern, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators.
