摘要
目的研究前叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折患者采用关节镜技术实施手术治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法抽取2014年8月—2016年8月我院收治的前叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折患者82例,采用随机数字序列表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组41例。对照组采用常规开放手术方式进行治疗;治疗组采用关节镜辅助手术方式进行治疗。比较两组骨折治疗效果、手术后住院时间和胫骨功能恢复正常时间、术后出现的不良反应情况。结果治疗组患者骨折手术治疗及格率为90.3%,高于对照组的68.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);有1例在术后出现不良反应,少于对照组的8例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后住院时间和胫骨功能恢复正常时间短于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折患者采用关节镜技术实施手术治疗可以减少不良反应,加强治疗安全性,提高临床治疗效果,使胫骨功能尽快恢复。
Objective To study the clinical effect and security of arthroscopic technique in anterior cruciate ligament tibial intercondylar eminence fracture. Methods From August 2014 to August 2016, 82 cases with anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of intercondylar spine of tibia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery, while the treatment group was treated with arthroscopy assisted surgery. The results of fracture treatment, postoperative hospital stay and the normal time of tibial function recovery and the postoperative adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results Patients in the treatment group, the total efficiency of the treatment of fracture of 90.3%, significantly higher than the control group （68.3%）, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; 1 case suffered adverse reaction after operation, 8 cases in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）; hospitalization time and recovery time in treatment group was shorter than the control group after the operation, there was significant differences between the groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery treatment can control the adverse reaction of the anterior cruciate ligament tibial intercondylar eminence fracture, strengthen the safety of the treatment, improve the clinical treatment effect, the tibia restore function as soon as possible.
