摘要
目的:研究在儿童保健门诊护理工作中实施健康教育的效果。方法:选取近年来在山东省临沂市妇女儿童医院进行健康体检的208名儿童的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这208例儿童平均分为CG组和JY组。在这两组儿童进行健康体检的过程中,对其均进行常规护理,并在此基础上对JY组儿童进行健康教育。体检结束后,对比两组儿童在进行体检的过程中配合检查情况的评分、出现多动情况的评分、出现抑郁情绪的评分、出现攻击他人情况的评分、出现哭闹情况的评分和出现害怕检查情况的评分以及其家长对护理工作的满意度。结果:JY组儿童配合检查情况的评分高于CG组儿童,其出现多动情况的评分、出现抑郁情绪的评分、出现攻击他人情况的评分、出现哭闹情况的评分和出现害怕检查情况的评分均明显低于CG组儿童,其家长对护理工作的总满意率高于CG组儿童的家长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童保健门诊护理工作中实施健康教育的效果确切,可有效地提高儿童对检查的配合度,改善其在检查过程出现的不良情绪和行为,提高其家长对护理工作的满意度。
Objective ： To analyze the effect of children＇ s mental health education in pediatric outpatient department. Method： Restrospeetive study material of 208 children accepted physical examination in Linyi Women and Chiledren＇ s Hospital.Divide 208 children into CG group and JY group.Treat all children with routine nursing,base on it, make children＇ s mental health education on JY group.After physical examination,compare score of cooperati and fear.And compare satifaction score of parents. Results： The score of cooperation of JY group is higher than CG group,score of fear are lower than CG,the satifaction score of parents is higher than CG group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effect of children＇ s mental health education in pediatric outpatient department is ensured, children＇ s mental health education can improve cooperation ,emotion and behaviour of children,and improve satifaction of parents.
