摘要
偏头痛属于络病范畴,络病病机的特点是易滞易瘀、易入难出、易积成形,这与偏头痛的病理特点是一致的;进行络病病机研究需注意病程的连续性、病理类型的交叉性以及气病血病的相关性,这对偏头痛的针刺治疗具有一定的指导意义,就此做一探讨。
Migraine belongs to the collateral disease.Collateral disease pathogenesis features are comprised of being easy to block and choke,easy to enter but difficult to come out,and easy to form a visible lesion,which is consistent with the pathological characteristics of migraine.When studying on the pathogenesis of collateral diseases,it needs to pay attention to the continuity of the course,the intersectionality of pathological type,and the correlation between qi and blood disease,which has a certain guiding significance to the acupuncture treatment of migraine.They would be discussed in this paper.
