摘要
通过纳米SiO_2溶液、PVA溶液、水玻璃溶液及水玻璃溶液+PVA溶液浸泡再生粗骨料和在再生混凝土中掺入纳米SiO_2等方法对再生混凝土的改性进行了试验研究。结果表明,浓度为0.5%的PVA溶液和浓度为5%的水玻璃溶液浸泡再生粗骨料时改性效果较好,再生混凝土强度分别提高约7.2%、23.7%;水玻璃浓度为3%时水玻璃溶液+PVA溶液改性效果较好;纳米SiO_2溶液浸泡改性后再生混凝土强度较未改性时增加约4.4%;纳米SiO_2掺量较低时,再生混凝土强度较未掺纳米SiO_2时略有增加。
The modification of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) are experimental researched by soaking the recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) in solution of nano-SiO2,PVA,water glass,water glass and PVA and mixing nano-SiO2 into RAC.The test results show that the modification effects are well when the concentration of PVA is 0.5% and water glass is 5% ,the strength of RAC increases 7.2% and 23.7% respectively.The modification of water glass and PVA have better effective when concentration of water glass is 3%.The strength of RAC increases 4.4% when RCA are modified by nano-SiO2 solution.The mechanical property of RAC only have a poor improve when mixing amount of nano-SiO2 is low.
