摘要
高校毕业生数量与日俱增,就业市场越来越严峻,如何解决高校就业瓶颈,已经成为政府、社会和众多学者所共同关注的热点话题。推进高校创新创业教育与专业教育互动融合,是"加快打造大众创业、万众创新新引擎"的重要途径,有利于促进和巩固经济稳定。师资队伍力量在高校创新创业教育与专业教育互动融合中扮演着至关重要的作用,应当积极实施创新驱动,强化高校创新创业教育与专业教育互动融合中的师资队伍建设,充分发挥创新创业教育过程中的骨干作用,提升教师队伍的创造性、创新水平与风险认识,完善创新创业教育与专业教育体系,优化知识结构,为高校和社会培养具有创新创业素质的学生奠定良好的基础,并为社会就业注入新的活力。这对提升高校学生创新创业素质具有一定的借鉴意义和现实意义。
