摘要
目的探讨血脂异常中医证候与性激素水平的相关性。方法对200例血脂异常患者血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、和睾酮、雌二醇等进行检测，比较不同中医症候与性激素水平的相关性。结果男性血脂水平与睾酮及雌二醇／睾酮比值呈显著负相关（P〈0．05），女性与雌二醇呈显著负相关（P〈0．05）。雌二醇水平与胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白呈显著负相关（P〈0．05），睾酮水平胆固醇呈显著负相关（P〈0．05）。在男性血脂异常患者中，五种证候中睾酮水平均下降，雌二醇／睾酮比值升高，脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚者睾酮水平下降更显著。在女性血脂异常患者中，五种证候中雌二醇水平均下降，雌二醇水平以气滞血瘀证最高，痰湿壅盛证次之，肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚雌二醇下降更显著。结论血脂异常患者雌二醇及睾酮水平均呈下降趋势，女性血脂异常患者雌二醇水平明显下降，男性血脂异常患者睾酮水平明显下降，雌二醇／睾酮比值升高，血脂异常的中医证候分布以肾虚证为主。
Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome and sex hormone of dyslipidemia. Methods 200 cases with dyslipidemia were selected, cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, HDL, testosterone, estradiol in serum were detected, correlation between different TCM syndrome and sex hormone level was compared. Results Male blood lipid levels and testosterone, estradiol/testosterone ratio had significant negative correlation （P〈0.05）, female blood lipid levels and estradiol had significant negative correlation （P〈0.05）. Estradiol concentration and cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL had significant negative correlation （P〈0.05）, testosterone level and cholesterol had significant negative correlation （P〈0.05）. In male patients with dyslipidemia, testosterone levels all declined, estradiol/testosterone ratio increased, testosterone level of patients with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency declined more significantly. In female patients with dyslipidemia, testosterone levels all declined, Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome had the highest estradiol level, abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome toke second place, estradiol declined more significantly in Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency and spleen- kidney-yang deficiency. Conclusion Estradiol and testosterone level of patients with dyslipidemia shows downtrend, estradiol level of female dyslipidemia patients declined significantly, testosterone level of male dyslipidemia patients declined significantly, ratio of Estradiol/Testoterone increased, tcm syndromes distributing of dyslipidemia is mainly kidney deficiency syndrome.
