摘要 概述了酒精酵母、原料的化学组成和酒精发酵时酵母的营养需求,对尿素作为氮源产生氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)的过程进行分析,阐述了一种酒精发酵复合营养剂对酒精酵母的影响和使用该产品带来的指标优化。 In this paper, we summarized the chemical composition of S. cerevisiae and the fermentation raw materials, and the nutritional requirement of S. cerevisiae in ethanol fermentation. Then we analyzed the generating process of ethyl carbamate (EC) with urea as the nitrogen source, and introduced the influence of a compound nutrient on S. cerevisiae and its advantages in practice.
