摘要
为提高煤矿工作面上隅角瓦斯治理效果,将定向钻进技术应用于高位钻孔施工中。介绍了高位定向长钻孔层位选择理论依据、钻孔施工方案、成孔工艺以及配套钻探装备,根据钻孔层位选择理论依据,先后在多个煤矿进行了推广应用,考察了试验钻孔的瓦斯抽采及治理效果。高位定向长钻孔在寺河煤矿的推广应用表明:回风巷平均瓦斯浓度由0.65%降至0.40%,效果明显,解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题,确保了矿井安全生产。
In order to improve the effect of corner gas control,MWD was used in the construction of high-level borehole.Introduced the theoretical basis of arranging position,construction scheme,pro-forming technique,and matching equipment for high-level directional long drilling hole.Based on the theoretical basis,using above technology and equipment,the application had been carried out in several coal mines,the gas drainage and control effects of test borehole were also investigated.The application of results in Sihe Coal Mine showed that,the gas concentration in the return airway was reduced from 0.65% to 0.40% and the high-level directional long drilling hole was very important to solve the problem of corner gas overrun,which could ensure safety mining.
