摘要
目的:分析慢性根尖周炎患者行根尖切除术的临床方法与治疗效果。方法:本研究病例观察时间段为2016年1-6月,收集笔者所在医院口腔科收治慢性根尖周炎患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签方法分组,对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者应用根尖刮治术方法治疗,观察组患者应用根尖切除术方法治疗。对两组患者进行为期1年随访,统计1年后治疗效果并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性根尖周炎患者应用根尖切除术治疗效果理想,疗效优于根尖刮除术,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical method and therapeutic effect of apical resection of patiehts with chronic periapical periodontitis.Method： A total of 60 patients with chronic periapical pefiodontitis were enrolled in our hospital from January to June 2016.They were randomly divided into two groups： control group（n=30）, observation group（n=30）.Patients in the control group were treated with apical curettage.Patients in the observation group were treated with apical resection.Two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year, the efficacy of I year after treatment were analyzed.Result： The total effective rate of the two groups was 96.67%（29/30）, which was significantly higher than that of the control greup（P〈0.OS）.Conclusion： The treatment of apical resection is ideal for patients with chronic periapical periodontitis, and the curative effect is better than that of root tip curettage.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
