摘要
目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效情况。方法分析广东省蕉岭县人民医院心血管内科2014年1月—2015年1月心内科收治的慢性心力衰竭患者200例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,常规治疗组100例和观察组100例。观察两组患者慢性心力衰竭患者治疗前后左心室射血分数、心输出量和临床疗效情况。结果两组慢性心力衰竭患者治疗前左心室射血分数(37.1±1.8)%和(37.0±1.6)%、心输出量(5.4±1.8)L/min和(5.5±1.9)L/min均无明显差异,P>0.05,观察组慢性心力衰竭患者治疗后左心室射血分数(43.1±3.6)%、心输出量(7.6±1.8)L/min均高于常规治疗组(39.8±2.9)%、(6.1±2.0)L/min,观察组慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗总有效率(95%)高于常规治疗组(84%),P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach clinical curative effect of treatment chronic cardiac failure by meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with perindopril. Methods The 200 cases clinical data of chronic cardiac failure patients in the vasculocardiology deparment of people hospital Jiaoling country Guangdong province from 2014.1 to 2015.1 were analyzed,which was to be divided into two groups,conventional therapy group100 cases and detection group 100 cases. The LVEF、cardiac output and clinical curative effect of two groups chronic cardiac failure patients were detected. Result The LVEF（37.1±1.8）% and（37.0±1.6）%、cardiac output（5.4±1.8）L/min and（5.5±1.9）L/min of two groups chronic cardiac failure patients before treatment were no difference,P〈0.05,the LVEF（43.1±3.6）% 、cardiac output（7.6±1.8）L/min of detection group after treatment were higher than conventional therapy group（39.8±2.9）%、（6.1±2.0）L/min,the clinical total effective rate（95%）of detection group was higher than conventional therapy group（84%）,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion Clinical symptoms improved of treatment chronic cardiac failure by meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate combined with perindopril is obviously,the result is good,which is to be used.
