摘要
目的对紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌77例患者的临床效果和护理措施进行分析。方法选择该院2013年1月—2015年12月期间收治的卵巢癌患者,随机分为对照组30例和观察组37例,在护理干预方面,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用个体化护理干预,对比两组患者的生存质量、住院时间和患者满意度。结果在生存质量、不良反应发生率、患者满意度方面,观察组94.59%、64.86%、91.89%优于对照组的76.67%、100.00%、70.00%,经统计学比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;在住院时间方面,实验组患者住院天数为(9.72±3.01)d,对照组住院天数为(14.32±4.91)d,经t检验,t=4.7143,P=0.0000,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂对于卵巢癌的治疗具有良好的临床效果,针对患者开展个体化针对性护理干预,能够有效提升患者的生存质量,缩短住院时间,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and nursing measures of 77 patients with ovarian cancer treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin. Methods In our hospital in January 2013 to December 2015 period from ovarian cancer patients, were randomly divided to control group（n = 30） and observation group（37 people, in nursing intervention,control group received routine nursing care, observation group on the base of routine nursing of the individualized nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients survival quality, hospitalization time and patient satisfaction. Results In the quality of life, incidence of adverse reactions, patient satisfaction, the observation group to 94.59%, 64.86%,91.89% 76.67% better than the control group, 100.00%, 70.00%, the statistical comparison, P〈0.05, statistically significance; in length of hospital stay, the experimental group of patients hospitalization days（9.72 ± 3.01）d, the control group, the number of days of hospitalization was（14.32 ± 4.91）d,t test, t = 4.7143, P = 0.0000, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Paclitaxel Combined with cisplatin for the treatment of ovarian cancer has good clinical effect, for patients to carry out the individualized targeted nursing intervention can effectively enhance the quality of life of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
