摘要
随着制造业的发展,我校铸造专业人才培养模式为适应发展需求,联合本地重装龙头企业,在四川省经济信息委员会和四川教育厅的财政支持下,创办了"工学结合,校企合作"的人才培养模式,并对铸造实训基地进行了产学研一体化建设。经过几年发展,已初见成效,有一定的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of manufacturing, the traditional talent training mode in higher vocational college can not meet the development needs. Under the union of local heavy leading enterprises and the financial support of Sichuan Provincial Economic Information Commission and Sichuan Education Department, the talent training mode of "work-learning combination and school-enterprise cooperation" was created, and the foundry training base with industry- academic collaboration was also constructured. After several year development, the effect is remarkable and it has a certain reference significance.
