摘要
福州总医院长期担负着大量部队官兵的医疗保健任务。由于保障范围广,官兵驻地较为分散,部分边远部队还在一定程度上存在就医难的问题。近年来,随着"健康中国"和"互联网+"被提升为国家战略,如何利用先进的信息技术来改善官兵就医体验,提高就诊效率,成为一个急需解决的问题。在此背景下,福州总医院通过建设互联网医院,积极探索军队互联网医院为兵服务新模式,通过军人预约挂号,开设互联网门诊及进行网络协作门诊等方式,缩短官兵就医时间和空间上距离,解决了边远地区官兵就医难的问题。
Fuzhou general hospital has long been carrying a large number of troops and soldiers＇ medical care mission. Due to the wide range of service scope, the troops are dispersed in the area, some of the troops are still in the problem of diddicult medical treatment. In recent years, with the ＂health＂ and ＂Intemet ＋＂ was promoted to be a national strategy, how to utilize the advanced information technology to improve the efficiency of medical treatment is becoming an urgent problem. In this background, Fuzhou general hospital has consfructed the Internet hospital, through actively exploring new pattern to the new models of army hospital Internet service. The Internet hospital shorten the distance and diagnosis time for soldiers by registering military reservation with opening Intemet outpatient service and network medical collaboration, that is it has solved the problem of soldiers in remote areas.
